New Beginnings | Filed under General
As you notice I left the porch behind and moved but the good news is I left you a trail to follow me. The Porch became a little crowed at times when everyone wanted to stop by or maybe it was Blogger not coperating or maybe Jude was busy keeping the Porch clean for us. In light of the recent activites that has taken place as I peeled a few layers back or shared a few more facets of this diamond with you I needed a place I could be Miss Vickie and be happy,this will be the place. Why you are asking, first this is my place and I do own it where as I just rented a place at Blogger so I could do little with it. Maybe I am streatching it to say I own it, maybe lease to purchase is a better term but there is so much more I can do with my place. For example, when I want to write that post about the night Walker took me to bed I can do it and restrict it to inquiring minds of friends only….those who know Ms Vickie, not those who just stop by because I can then password protect it. This will make everyone happy, keep peace, and allow the illussions to continue but I will be true to myself and play a small part in it by keeping my stress level way down.
I know we are all different but you know how you form opinions and you might get the wrong opinion and just move on but yet then something happens that helps you realize maybe just maybe there is a reason you want to do things a little different well that is what has happened to me. You might remember Kelly who left a comment for me on my blog and did so very openly and ended it with Happy Trails. She and I communicated privately and found out we just might have got off on the wrong foot. She was the one who really opened my eyes to looking at it this way for she is one Klassey Lady. Thanks Kelly.
I believe I will stop at this road now and return tomorrow to share with you how I chose the name. Please join me again for more of my journey beyond the cross roads.

I love the name of your blog and I’m sure we’ll all love to hear how you picked it. I also like the name of this post ‘New Beginnings’~ Don’t we all at some point in life, wish/hope that we could do that?~ I hope these new beginnings of yours will be all that you want them to be. What a lovely and thoughtful way for you to be able to please everyone who visits you~including yourself~ but then, you are a ‘Southern Belle’~ and that’s what Belles do best. Maybe you could get the ‘gentlemen’ who come to visit~ to add on a porch for you.

Welcome home Ms.Vickie! I love the earthy colours here in your new place, and nobody need worry, if you look just beyond the wagon wheel in the picture, it seems to me that is all of us on your new deck! That is a porch of sorts, is it not? And look at the view…. we’re looking off into the sunset. I like that.

I think my blog is at the end of the road beyond the cross roads, but not in the street.
My dad hasn’t got me a new computer yet, so it’s not easy for me to go on the internet without a computer. I can’t use my big brothers anymore since we both broke it while we was wrestling to the death, so his computer died!

Goodness girlfriend! You move just about as much as I did as a kid! Not having time to visit over a few days sure does make one have to do some searching sometimes!! Glad to see you have a bright and shiny new place to put all your thoughts down on Vickie! Hugssssssssss
