Friday’s 5 Flavors are all about comfort or is it? | Filed under General

Welcome to another Friday where we have an opportunity to love, to live, to feel and see all of the gifts that we’ve been given, and to share with the many great people in our lives! Love is not a word that describes my feelings; it is not a technique by which I fulfill my needs; it is not ideal, abstract and pure. It is my correspondence with or in response to someone. Love is me and my actions to others, yes I love life and I love many in my life so just call me Love.

Thank you for the many who visited and took part in the Ms. Vickie’s Wednesday’s Wondering, I enjoyed it and hope each of you did as well. I will be sharing the images that I received over time. Some of you know more about me than you did, maybe more than you wanted but remember this is a place to come, enjoy yourself and forget the problems of the day for a moment. I am allowing you to know me as I peel more of the layers away you will find out, yes I enjoy using inspiration, using humour, teasing and even flirting but I’ll always be a true Southern Belle and I know where to draw the line.

Now for Friday’s 5 Flavors, name your favorite:

1. Soothing sound:
Anything ‘water’ like rain, waves, brooks, or ocean
2. Comfort food:
Chocolate
3. Relaxing music:
Kenny G
4. Gentle voice:
Yours whispering in my ear
5. Calming smell:
Freshly cut grass right before and after a rain

So come set a spell with Ms. Vickie, relax, listen to soothing sound of the rain, enjoy some chocolate but most of all enjoy the friendships that are forming here on Our Porch. Do you have a Friday’s 5 Flavors you would like to share here, if so send them to me at my e-mail address and you will be featured right here on “Our Porch.”

    5. Calming smell:
Of all the smells I’ve ever smelled I’ve never smelled a smell the smells like this smell smells - all the smells of loving.

Randy my dear what can I say, feed me a little popcorn and you might catch a loving gaze come your wayand I have a feeling the head on your shoulders just might soon one day lead to the smeels of loving while the music plays in the background. :)
