Stress a word we often hear and so often use but what does it mean? I thought it was worth looking into more because I feel stressed and have not been around since the article 200 Things which is still not correct due to a coding error in it and I am so frustrated. Not only am I frustrated, I refer to myself as being homeless because for the first time in my adult life I will no longer be responsible for making house payments every month. My husband on the other had refers to it as being foot lose and fancy free. All my furniture and most personal possessions are going into storage and must be there by the last day of the month but what have we done waited until the last minute. So now you know part of why I am stressed. Now am I stressed?

Yes I am STRESSED…….help me oh help me…..please make it and I promise to not wait until the last minute the next time well at least not until the next time comes around. Just thought I would let you all know how stressed I am. Part of the reason I have not been able to settle down and get the 200 Things post correct and I know it seems so easy to others is that I can not focus for very long. One thing I have had to accept in life. Maybe when my life settles down to normal I can just come back and it will all fall into place but right now I leave here in tears within five minutes. I will come back and answer the comments that has been left and then I might leave it or I might delete it I am not certain.
I just do not want an exacerbaction of the Multiple Sclerosis during this just one more thing I stress about right now…so unlike me…but let me remind myself and others Life is Simply Good. Wow I feel better now….

I don’t have words here to help… don’t know what to write. Your plate is full no doubt about it. Guess you have to accentuate the positive more. I know you try. It is clearly written. Is counseling an option? Hugs are sent and goodness your way.

You are connected to the Divine mind and through
it you will find any answer you need. In my mind’s eye I allow myself to connect to the
Presence of God within me. I affirm that there is
only God operating in my life and world. In my mind’s
eye, I see myself connected to the Divine mind. I
imagine this mind as a beautiful light surrounding my
head. In my imagination, I see myself thinking of the
information I need and instantly the energy or light
of this information flows into my mind. I may not
consciously know the answer to my question at this moment,
but I affirm that the information will spontaneously occur
to me sometime in the next few days. I am alert and expecting
to easily receive this information. I imagine myself going
through my day with a sense of peace knowing that all the
information and guidance I need is easily accessible to
me through my connection to the Divine mind. I combine
these images with the feelings of joy and let them go,
knowing that they will create the good things I am
visualizing and thinking.
