Time continues | Filed under Inspiration

To Sallie, Anne, and Vickie especially but also to everyone else who stops by we all have a new set of days to work with— time to learn new ideas, experience new feelings, and give in new ways to all those with whom we share. Time continues to do its thing and move ever onward, and we continue taking the ride, moving forward with time as it carries us along, trying to do our best to become the best people we can become. I wish you the best with all your efforts this week and may this week bring you the peace that has been missing from your life recently!

Our life begins to change in magical ways when we open to the experience of life as it is. With acceptance, we stop fighting what is happening. This creates space, an opening for new relationships to unfold.

Explore unconditionally saying yes to the facts of life. Accept your past and where you are now. Unconditional acceptance is unconditional love and this is healing.

“Sometimes what seems like surrender isn’t surrender at all. It’s about what’s going on in our hearts. About seeing clearly the way life is and accepting it and being true to it, whatever the pain, because the pain of not being true to it is far, far greater.”

So True, sooo true. I am honored to be among the names above. Gosh each one of you have given me so much hope and in it friendship. My-wee-boys and I had a holiday these past few days. I can’t wait to share. It is special quotes and messages YOU{Always Special Ms. Victoria} share that uplift. Don’t stop! I wish you could see the smile you bring….

That is a lovely post, Vickie - and thanks for the mention.

It’s funny. I am able to do the unconditional acceptance thing mostly - except with myself. I am the hardest on myself, it seems. I find it hardest to forgive myself and stop looking for faults.

I am trying though. Trying to accept. Trying to let go. Trying to be open.

Keep up the good work, sweetie.

I totally concur with the part of the quote that says, “…because the pain of not being true to it is far, far greater.”

I have learned that lesson the hard way. When I am walking my path, regardless of how difficult that path is (and it IS difficult), everything falls into place and I am given what I need. The instant I step away from that, everything goes to crap.
